invites Online applications from candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements for the post of Manager (Docking & Services) at CSL Mumbai Ship Repair Unit (CMSRU), Mumbai.

i. The upper age limit prescribed for the post shall be as on 20 July 2021.
ii. Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen & Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) shall be as per
Government of India guidelines. However, in no case, age limit after applying all age relaxations
shall exceed 50 years.
Educational Qualification:
Essential:
Degree in Mechanical/Marine/Naval Architecture
Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a
recognized University.
Desirable:
a) Two years Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical/
Marine/Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized university.
b) Certified for Coating inspector program (CIP) or
equivalent from NACE or similar institutions.
Experience:
Essential:
a) Minimum of 9 years post qualification managerial
experience in:
• Shipyard/Dockyard or
• Marine Related Offshore Company or
• Classification Society.
b) Of the above, minimum of 2 years experience shall be
in Docking and undocking activities of ships/vessels
in a shipyard/dockyard which shall include Block
setting, preparation of docking plans, coordinating
services for undertaking docking and un-docking
activities.
Desirable:
a) Experience in Hull construction/ repair, Surface
preparation & painting of vessels.
b) Working experience in Ships, Repair
superintendents, Refit monitoring teams, Warship
overseeing
teams.
c) Experience of working in an ERP/ SAP/
computerised environment.
Application Fee:
(i) Application fee of Rs. 1000/- (Non refundable, plus bank charges extra) should be
remitted using the Online payment options (Debit card/Credit card/Internet
Banking) which can be accessed through our Online application facility from 23 June
2021 to 20 July 2021.
(ii) No application fee for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled
Tribe (ST) / Person with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). They are exempted from
payment of application fee.
(iii) All applicants for whom the fee is applicable, i.e. except those belonging to SC/ST/PwBD,
should pay the application fee as stipulated in clause above. It is important to note
that their candidature shall be considered only on receipt of application fee.
