Eligibility Criteria:
Manager (Law):
Bachelor's Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks.
Experience:
Candidates presently working with Public Sector Banks/All India Financial Institutions/ Central Government/ State Government/ PSU/ Law firm(s)/ Practicing at Bar/ Judicial Services, or any other organization of repute, with at least 6 years of post qualification legal experience (in Scale I or equivalent)
Manager (Information Technology):
B. E / B. Tech Degree with minimum 50% or equivalent grade in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication OR any Graduation Course with a post graduate qualification in Computer Science (minimum 2 years duration) / MCA with minimum 50% marks or equivalent.
Experience: Candidates with at least 6 years of post-qualification IT experience with Public Sector Banks/All India Financial Institutions/ Central Government/ State Government/ PSU or any other organisation of repute in: Development using any of the programming language (C, C++, Java, Angular, Asp .net etc.) or 4 Position Essential Academic Qualifications Database knowledge and work experience in SQL Server, Oracle etc or Working knowledge in Finacle Core Banking Software in Customization, Report Development and user support.
Management Trainee (Corporate Loans & Advances / Project Finance / Lines of Credit / Internal Credit Audit / Risk Management / Compliance / Treasury and Accounts / Recovery, etc.):
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / PostGraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) / Chartered Accountants (CA). MBA/PGDBA course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialisation in Finance from a recognised University / Institution, and the candidate must have obtained at least 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA). In case of CA, membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is a must. All applicants should have obtained at least 50% marks in Graduation.
Selection Procedure:
The Selection Process will comprise of Online Test comprising of objective and descriptive type questions and Personal Interview. The date and timing of the Online test will be advised to the eligible candidates at a later date by 7 notification on our website, personal email and/or SMS. Candidates who are shortlisted based on the performance in the Online Test will be called for Personal Interview.
Age:
AGE LIMIT AS ON (NOVEMBER 04, 2022) FOR MANAGER (MM-II):
Maximum Age for the position of Manager (Grade/Scale MM-II) under SRD would be as under:
1. Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe 40 Years
2. Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) 35 Years
* Suitable age relaxations shall be allowed to candidates under PwBD Category.
FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE:
Not below 21 years and not above 25 years (NOVEMBER 04, 2022). Relaxation in Upper age limit shall be as below:
1. Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe 5 Years
2. Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 Years
3. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) - PwBD (SC/ ST) 15 Years - PwBD (OBC) 13 Years - PwBD (Gen/ EWS) 10 Years
