High Court of Gujarat Recruitment to the post of Legal Assistant on Contractual Basis vide Advt no.: RC/B/1320/2022. This posts are purely on adhoc and contractual basis, initially for a period of 11 months, extendable on periodical basis, upto a maximum period of 3 Years, subject to the approval of the Honourable the Chief Justice.

Legal Assistant : 28
 
Education Qualification:
 
1. Degree in Law from any University in India or any Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.
2. Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of the State (Provisionally enrolled shall also be eligible).

Selection Procedure:

Written Test Objective Type & Viva-voce Test [Oral Interview]

Age:
 
18 years of age and should not have completed 35 years of age as on 31.12.2022.
Age relaxation should be applicable as per Govt. Terms and Conditions.
